Send A File

Send A File... It's Easy!

Use the BROWSE button to navigate to the file you wish to upload, and you are on your way....

Though we can accept file transfers up to 1 gigabyte, we strongly suggest that you compress your files before sending.

Compression on a Mac:

Hold down the control key, then click (at the same time) on any file or folder on your Mac. (If sending multiple files, combine into one folder first, and then compress the folder.) Choose CREATE ARCHIVE and then follow the prompts.

Compression on a PC:

Depends on your compression utility. Popular PC compression utilities, such as Stuffit and Zip are fairly straight-forward.

We accept almost any file format, but prefer a PDF, along with native files in Illustrator, Quark, InDesign, or Photoshop. When saving or converting to PDF, please make sure you collect files for output and compress files to speed transfer times. It is important that you include fonts or convert to outlines and send images in CMYK, not RGB format.

Helpful hint: If you find yourself frequently uploading files and having to fill out your contact information each time please consider updating your PROFILE in our Online Order Desk, then these fields will auto-fill for you.

If you run in to problems at any point, please call (860)347-8567 for help!

Please note that this upload page uses Ajax technology to display an upload progress/status, if your system/network is incompatible with Ajax please uncheck the option box below to upload without the progress display.

If you choose to upload with no progress display please click the 'send file' button only once and wait until you get to the next screen. Clicking the 'send file' button more than once will not speed up the process, and will likely ruin the upload.
