Young's prides itself on having top-quality equipment in each step of the production process, and maintaining that equipment meticulously for optimum performance.

Pre-Press

• Full Mac and PC support of most available graphic software
• Presstek Dimension 400-Computer to Plate
  Dimension 400 Platemaker allows for quick processing of metal printing plates. You get high-quality, low-cost plates, and the process is highly environementally-friendly.
• Epson Stylus Pro 4800
  The Epson Stylus Pro 4800 incorporates a unique 17-inch wide printer design with a breakthrough new 8-color ink technology, allowing us to produce very accurate full color proofs and spot color simulation.
• Epson 7000 Large Format Printer
  With the Epson 7000, we are able to print both color-accurate proofs and quality large-format materials, such as signs and displays.

Printing

• Heidelberg SM52-5PH
  The Heidelberg Speedmaster is a five-color offset press with full automation, high-pile delivery, and 3/2 perfecting. It's quick job makeready time makes it ideal for short-run color jobs, such as postcards, brochures, and posters, but also is well suited to longer runs with it's high-pile delivery.
• Heidelberg 25.5-inch MOZP
  The Heidelberg MOZP is a two color, perfecting landscape printing press offering exceptional print quality. Maximum sheet size is 19x25.5". The MOZP is ideal for large documents, long runs, multi-page documents and for printing large solids. Hairline registration of multi-pass printing requirements are easily achieved. Perfecting abilities, allow 2-sided printing in a single pass. The Heidelberg MOZP prints at 10,000 sheets per hour and handles a wide range of paper stocks.
• Heidelberg Printmaster 46-2
  Print quality, range of applications, reliability and simple operation are the criteria that the ideal press must meet to gain a competitive edge. The Heidelberg Quickmaster 46 excels across the board, incorporating features--many unprecedented in its class--such as program-controlled printing, fully-automated plate changing with Autoplate, central sheet-size adjustment, monitored sheet control, self-regulated inking and dampening systems, inching and crawl speed modes and automated wash-up devices. With its inherent flexibility, ease of use and numerous automated features, the Heidelberg Quickmaster 46 effortlessly achieves reliable, superior quality.
• Halm SuperJet
  This amazing envelope press can print envelopes at blazing speeds (Up to 60,000 per hour). The SuperJet has the ability to print 2 colors on one side or 1 color on two sides in a single pass. Also, it can easily accommodate bleeds on all sides of the envelope.

• Secap 26K Inkjet Addresser
  With the Secap 26K, Young's now has the capability of printing over 20,000 fully barcoded addresses directly onto envelopes and postcards.
